Wendy Sacks is an international award winning photographer.
Wendy grew up surrounded by art and science. Her mother is a fabric designer, sculptor, and painter. Always with studios in the house, Wendy's mother engaged her children openly with the many mediums including paint, inks, clay, tiles, charcoal. Wendy’s father and grandfather were physicians, exposing her to medical literature and texts at a young age which not only enhanced her vocabulary but her understanding of human anatomy. This combination in turn, shaped her interests and lead her to her career as a physician and then as a photographer.
